Strictly based on availability and advance booking, if private or collaborative executive offices are available, we are happy to lease on a short-term monthly basis (less than one year). This may be a perfect option for anyone living, vacationing, or working in Ocean City NJ, America's Greatest Family Resort!

No walk-ins please: advance booking with prepayment required. Shorter term monthly rates range $700–$1,600 per month depending on time of year, office size, number of occupants, and office space availability.
